Archie was a traveling salesman for the American Glue Company. By the time he registered for the World War I Draft in 1918, he had already served 2 years in the National Guard.
 It appears that Archie and Lillian were not married very long, perhaps 8-9 years. We found Archie in Hartford, Connecticut, in 1930, with his second wife, Mary, whom he married about 1926.
 Archie registered for the World War II Draft in Hartford in 1942 (Roll WW2-2281702). At that time, he was employed at the Pratt & Whitney aircraft engine plant in West Hartford.
