In 1880, Enoch was convicted of murder and was given a life sentence to be served in the Ohio State Penitentiary. After being in prison from 28 June 1880 to 26 February 1894, he was paroled, and returned to Pennsylvania. Between 1896-1897, he lived with Jane Devore in Thomas Station, Washington County, Pennsylvania, where he died (Thanks to Cassandra Olmstead for providing this information in the FAMILYSEARCH PEDIGREE RESOURCE FILE).

Joseph was a pipefitter for the B&O Railroad when he registered for the WWI Draft in Cleveland. Soon after that, they moved to Dayton, where he worked as a machinist for a cash register company. By 1930, he had taken up farming.

Roy was an expert in assembling and operating steam shovels. He worked for the Marion Steam Shovel Company (now Marion Power Shovel Co.), staring there on 14 December 1897. From 1901-1907, he erected shovels in nearly every state, including Alaska. He helped develop the first independent motor electric shovel while working in the Engineering Department, 1907-1914. After a few years in the Sales Department, in 1920 he was appointed District Manager of the New York office. In December of 1926, he was appointed Foreign Sales Manager, visiting nearly every country in South America and Cuba. For 10 years, 1928-1938, he was District Managerin Kansas City, Missouri, then returned to Marion and the Home Office, where he retired in 1953.
