Walter was a dairy and chicken farmer. His hobby was collecting antique automobiles. He enjoyed taking his cars to parades, car shows and tours. After Alberta died, he married Lillie Johnson. His obituary appears in the 8 April 2004 edition of the Waterville, Maine, " Evening Sentinel" newspaper.

Martha was a schoolteacher in Palmyra and Wellington, Maine, and later worked in the Snowflake Canning Co., Kenwood Mill and Eastlamd Woolen Mill in Corinna.
She and Guy Russell divorced in 1943.
Martha was long-time member of the Corinna United Methodist Church, and a 50-year member of both Cleora Rebecca Lodge and Nokomis Chapter 42 of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She died at age 95 at a health-care facility in Dexter, Maine.

Benjamin was a successful businessman in Island Falls, Maine. From 1894 to about 1920, he and his uncle, Joseph C. Walker, operated a grocery store there. After that, he was involved in farming and lumbering. He was Town Treasurer for 13 years, served several terms on the Board of Selectmen, served on the Board of Directors of Kathadin Trust Company, and was a deputy sheriff for 6 years. In addition to belonging to several lodges and organizatons, he was a member of the Congregational Church. It has been said of Benjamin that "he constantly strove for the betterment of conditions in Island Falls."
