In 1910, Georgiana and Harry were living in Lynn, Massachusetts, along with Abram and Harriet, who, by this time had begun referring to herself by her middle name, Edna. Also in the family was Abram and Edna's adopted son, Clyde C. Warren, aged 4
 Harry was employed by a pork producer, a company for which he worked for several years until, by 1942, he was employed by the Massachusetts WPA (Works Progress Administration) at the Navy Yard in Charlestown.
 On 12 September 1918 at Stoneham, Massachusetts, Harry registered for the World War I Draft. The registration records says that he was tall, of medium build, with gray eyes and black hair.
